Spiced Pecans

Coating

Sugar

Salt

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Ground Cloves

 

 

Mix Sugar & Spices in a bowl and set aside.

Place Nuts in a Zip-Loc Bag and pour egg white & water in the bag.  Seal bag and shake until all Nuts are wet.

Pour sugar & spice mixture into bag with pecans.  Seal bag and shake until all nuts are coated.

Pour nuts out onto a jelly pan (Note:  Do NOT use a dark non-stick pan-nuts will burn).

Bake for 20 minutes - stirring ever 5 minutes until Nuts turn dry.

Dump nuts on wax paper to cool.
