This is a card created by CA Gigi. This is one of my favourite cards of Gigi's. She used two different file series (available for purchase on That's Scrap Inc.) She used a texture plate on the heart. Although you can't see it in the photo, the shoes sparkle! The bow in her hair is a made from ribbon.
