This is a card created by CA Gigi. This too is one of my favourite cards of Gigi's. She used two different file series (available for purchase on That's Scrap Inc.) She used a texture plate on the heart and the hair. Although you can't see it in the photo, the shoes sparkle! The bows in her hair is a made from ribbon.
