This card was made by Nicole Rothschild.

"She used the "Surprise" from the bday series, letter Q on the outside of the card.  She copied and did a vertical flip of the stars' mat and then welded it to the original mat to create a flap on the front of the card.  Inside the flap, she used my bday letters A and N without the embellishments and welded them together and created a mat.  She also used the number tags from my "Look Who's __ Today" bday card to create the '40'. 

She added a little ribbon and rhinestones to make it a little feminine.  On the inside of the card, she used the bonus file, "Happy Birthday." 

She is amazing! I love this card.
