How to Digitally Create a Chalked Edge

Here is a nice easy way to make your paper look like you chalked the edges.

Step 1

Select the layer that has the object you want to chalk.

Step 2

Click the “Add a Layer Style” button
(the small Fx at the bottom of the Layers Panel)

 

 

Step 3

Select “Inner Glow” from the pop-up window.

Now for my magic settings:

Make sure you are in the “Inner Glow” window and make sure “Preview” is checked.
