How to Array an object around a centre point

1.Let's start with a sheet of paper and add an object near the top and centre it on the page.

2. Now we want to select just the petal so: In the layers menu - hold down your Ctrl key and click on the thumbnail of the Petal layer.

3. With the petal selected, click on the Edit Menu > Transform > Rotate.   You will get selection handles and a Rotate Centre Point. 4. Move that Centre Point to the bottom of the petal.

5. On the Rotation attribute bar set rotation to 30 degrees.

Your screen should look like this:

5. When you click on your Move tool you will get a window to Apply the Tranformation. Click Apply

6. OK, now the cool part, are you ready. Click ALT + CTRL +Shilt + T for additioinal petals added around the Centre Point.
