How to Spray your Mat

I found a cardboard box that was just slightly larger than my 12" x 18" Mat.

Tape - I use blue painters tape and I tape the mat to the bottom of the box, making sure to place the tape evenly along the edges (approximately 1/2"). This will keep the adhesive off the pinch wheels that grab the edge of the mat.

I use Krylon Easy-Tack Repositionable Spray Adhesive.

Spray - I set up my box outside. I spray the mat left to right in a serpentine motion down the mat. Then up and down in the same manner across the mat.

Dry - I then close the box (so bugs don't get in and die on my nice new mat) and let it dry outside for several hours.

Cure - When I bring the box inside, I remove the tape from around the mat and remove the mat from box. I place the mat in a nice dust free area over night. The next morning my mat is ready to use.

Storage option

I purchased a Sterlite 32 QT plastic container from Target.

6-3/8"H x 16-1/4"W x 23-1/2"L

I put Glad Press and Seal on top of my mats and stack them inside this container.
